Half way in, and I am FEELING and SEEING progress! I am not ready to share any pics, measurements or scale changes just yet, but I AM SEEING THEM! And I am super excited to share them with you after my 30 days!
- I am still sleeping awesome
- I am still not feeling hungry or deprived between meals
- I AM LOVING MY COFFEE WITH NO STEVIA! PRAISE THE ANGELS!
- I am BLOAT FREE
- Apple slices w almond butter is my new fav snack
- I crave roasted butternut squash.
- Let me say that again… I am craving SQUASH.. NOT birthday cake w buttercream frosting.
- 15 days in and no inflammation/swelling in my hands and fingers
Pretty much I would confidently say I am winning here. lol
We went to two Halloween parties over the weekend and one Coach event, where I was away from home, and had to make tough food choices. Friday night we went to Chipotle. I got a salad bowl, with Pork Carnitas, fresh Pico and guac. It was freaking delicious and filling. Another win. The Halloween candy the kids got didn’t even speak to me.
Saturday I was gone all day, but packed healthy foods, ( hard boiled eggs, fruit, almonds, lara bar), and when I got home, I had a healthy meal and headed to a Halloween party. There was veggies and guac, and fresh fruit, and I was good to go ! For the first time I woke up on a Sunday, feeling awesome, bloat and guilt free, and SEEING RESULTS. Again, winning. Am I bragging? Yes. I was able to go to 2 parties in a weekend, and not binge on shit food once. That calls for bragging rights! I’d much rather be bragging about that then bragging about how drunk or hungover I was! Staying on track and having a guilt free Sunday, is a Non scale victory to me! To celebrate, I treated myself to a trip to Whole Foods w a gf, KID FREE…. and got some groceries I normally wouldn’t spend the extra money on!
I don’t have a recipe to share today, but I do want to share a pic of my AMAAAAZING delish lunch I had today. Two eggs, cooked on a pan w some coconut oil, thrown over a dish of zoodles, with 1/2 an avocado on the side. So so so good. Especially tasty with the yolk a little runny soaking into the rest of the veggies. Def a must try! Another meal I’ve crafted that is delicious and leaving me satisfied!
